Job Description
Company Overview Antlers Resort & Marina is a full-service lakeside resort offering a variety of watercraft rentals, cabin accommodations, and outdoor experiences. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our Campground Store and Grill team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional experiences in a lively resort environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals with precision and care, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food prep tasks. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food storage and equipment sanitation Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency in food presentation Requirements Previous experience in a food service environment Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with multi tasking and cash handling Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest service We value energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to memorable guest experiences through exceptional food.
