Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using POS system such as TOAST. Prepare food items following established recipes and sanitation standards, including basic food handling and quick service techniques. Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction by suggesting popular or complementary products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including the kitchen, dining space, and food prep stations, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with food delivery or pickup services as needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient food preparation. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or retail math is highly desirable; culinary experience is a plus. English speaker is a must / bilingual is a plus! Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player and upbeat personality. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations. Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred; retail or grocery store experience is also beneficial. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
