We are a destination restaurant located just outside of Lodi wine country, focused on seasonal ingredients, hospitality, consistency, and building a calm, organized kitchen culture. This is not a corporate kitchen and not a late-night bar environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in cooking, cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism. Position Overview This role is ideal for a strong line cook who can: Handle sauté/grill service during dinner rush Execute recipes consistently Maintain organization and cleanliness Help lead evening service Close the kitchen properly and professionally Work calmly under pressure Support and direct kitchen support staff when needed We are looking for reliability, consistency, and leadership mentality over ego.

Schedule Approximate schedule:

Wednesday-Sunday PM shifts with prep time before service Typical shift: 12 PM-9 PM Consistent schedule Consecutive days off Earlier closing hours than most restaurants

Dinner 4 PM-8

PM Fri:

4 PM-8:30

PM Sat:

4 PM-8:30

PM Sun:
