Overview Trademark Brewing is hiring Prep Cooks to support stadium kitchen operations for the Long Beach Coast 2026 season. This role focuses on food preparation, organization, and supporting high-volume game day service. Responsibilities Prep ingredients and menu items according to recipes Assist with portioning and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Support cooks during service periods Follow food safety procedures Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Physical Demands Standing for long periods Lift, move, pull, or carry 55lbs and move (160lb+) heavy objects, using appropriate techniques and tools Repetitive hand movements Exposure to heat and kitchen equipment Work Environment High-volume commercial kitchen environment Fast-paced, team-based production setting Indoor kitchen with elevated heat and noise Certifications Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain prior to first shift) This is a seasonal position supporting the Long Beach Coast 2026 baseball season, with employment expected to begin in late May and continue through early September, depending on scheduling and operational needs. Candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days throughout the season.
