is hiring for Sautee Cook Position for our Long Beach location, BO-beau kitchen + roof tap. Come join the Award Winning Cohn Restaurant Group!

• Candidate must be able to work at a fast pace, under stressful rush hours and be able to maintain ticket times at a certain time period.
• Previous experience as a Sautee Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner.
• Must be a team player with great communication skills.
• Must be willing to work independently on their station with minimal direction but still able to work with others.

We are looking for Candidates who have a strong floor presence, are guest-focused, have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and have an energetic team mentality with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Weekend & Holiday availability is a must for all positions. We offer competitive hourly compensation. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience at a comparable high volume, fast paced, hand crafted cocktail bar/restaurant.
