About us Cafe Glace is a small restaurant in West Los Angeles. We take pride in serving quality food to our customers. We are service driven, and customer-centric and our employees work in a collaborative and challenging yet fun work environment. ```
Duties:
```- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development ```
Qualifications:
```- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
