The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a crew member, you will play a vital role in preparing food while ensuring high standards of food safety and presentation. Breakfast Dreams is a pop-up style restaurant working within a shared kitchen, as well doing outdoor events. This is not your typical line cook restaurant job. This requires being able to adapt to different environments not limited to only cooking. We operate between LA-OC, must have reliable transportation! •Please share social media handle along with resume. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Assist in menu planning, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during service hours. Monitor inventory levels and showing exemplary communication skills.. Provide support during catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals. Willing to set up and break down events, take orders, wash dishes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
