We are a fast growing Food Truck with high volume stops weekly engagements and special events throughout the rest of the year. Seeking highly organized professional, who can work in a fast pace environment, and in a small space efficiently. I must be flexible with schedule but plan for at least four days a week. Should also have fry cook sandwich, making skills, Burrito making skills and beverage making skills Catering experience welcomed those with Klean driving records will be bumped to the top. Seeking for immediate hire Duties Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times Assist in menu planning to offer innovative and appealing dishes that meet customer preferences Manage food preparation stations, ensuring ingredients are stocked, organized, and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of the truck kitchen area, including equipment and utensils, adhering to health regulations Serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, delivering excellent food service experience Support catering orders and special events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced environment Extensive restaurant or kitchen experience with a focus on food handling and safety protocols Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques suitable for diverse menu items Knowledge of menu planning, catering operations, and fine dining standards is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve customers effectively Embark on a culinary adventure with us!
