We're searching for someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and takes pride in delivering high-quality plates every time. The ideal candidate has strong grill experience, understands steak temperatures and timing, and can keep up with high ticket volume while maintaining consistency and cleanliness. Duties Cook steaks and hot line items accurately and consistently Manage multiple orders during high-volume service Maintain quality, timing, and presentation standards Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy shifts Keep station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service Follow food safety and sanitation standards Requirements Previous experience working grill or hot station in a high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of steak temperatures and cooking techniques Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Available to work weekdays and weekends What We're Looking For Someone fast, sharp, hardworking, and passionate about cooking.
