Full Job Description Compensation:

$20-22/hr Bludso's BBQ in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and dependable PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position requires Wednesday-Sunday evening availability, with shifts typically running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking our delicious barbecue dishes with precision, ensuring that our guests receive delicious meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes following established recipes and guidelines Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients Support the team in maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is required Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Strong knife skills and experience working with meat.
