We are professional, innovative and our goal is to make life long relationships with our patrons and staff. With over 97 years of experience and 4 generations of family restaurants in San Pedro, we are a Californian seafood restaurant with Mediterranean and Pacific Rim influences. We have a seafood raw bar, wood burning grill, craft scratch bar program. The Trani family has always had a commitment to giving every guest a superior experience. We're seeking an experienced line cooks to promote a positive image of our restaurant to our loyal and valuable customers.

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
