Videre is known for its welcoming atmosphere, stunning views, attentive service, craft cocktails and elevated dining experience.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Have a willingness to accept direction, feedback and offer support in the kitchen and maintain good working relationships with co-workers. Prepare and serve all food items and dishes in accordance with planned menus and recipes ensuring each dish is of high quality. Have attention to detail and the ability to attractively arrange and garnish dishes to restaurant standards. Have the knowledge and understanding of basic cooking techniques and procedures such as cooking temperatures and knife skills. Have the ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment. Dispose of food and waste in accordance with establishment policies. Open or close kitchen as directed by department scheduling. Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler's permit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years related experience required. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry at least 15lbs Physical ability of pushing/pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and standing/walking for extended periods of up to 8 hours Must be able to apply common sense and understanding in certain situations. Must have the ability to deal with various problems as they arise.
