You're Good At:
You like being accountable for all aspects of assigned cooking stations to include set up, stock product, cook and present dishes according to Simmzy's or Tin Roof Bistro recipes. You ensure only "fresh" high quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes. You ensure proper recipe is displayed on the monitor during the preparation and cooking process. You love to ensure proper recipe adherence is followed whenever producing items. You follow food safety procedures, clean, sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils and tools throughout kitchen. You demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station to include; startup, shut down, shift maintenance, cleaning and repairing as needed. You like a super clean and organized work station. You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak well. You can explain just about anything to anyone You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection. Extra Awesome You are guest focused and like to multi-task.
