This role is responsible for preparing fresh ingredients and supporting daily food operations in a fast-paced, beachside food service environment. Responsibilities Prep ingredients including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning produce and proteins Prepare menu items such as salads, dressings, sauces, and other food components Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area Label, date, and properly store all food items Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries Support kitchen staff during busy service periods as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines What We're Looking For Reliable availability Thursday through Monday Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Schedule Requirements Must be available Thursday through Monday Weekend and peak time availability is essential If you enjoy working with fresh food in a high-energy coastal setting and take pride in quality prep work, we'd love to hear from you.
