Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to join our culinary team, bringing passion and expertise to our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietary and culinary services, with a focus on delivering exceptional food experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and handling. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative dishes that meet nutritional standards and customer preferences. Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures. Support the dietary department by assisting with meal service, food presentation, and portion control. Contribute to kitchen operations through effective food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences in both casual and fine dining settings. Requirements Proven experience in dietary services or dietary aide roles within healthcare or hospitality environments. Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices. Experience working in fine dining establishments or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper knife skills for efficient meal prep. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus.
