Contribute to kitchen operations through effective food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences in both casual and fine dining settings. Requirements Proven experience in dietary services or dietary aide roles within healthcare or hospitality environments. Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices. Experience working in fine dining establishments or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper knife skills for efficient meal prep. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus.
