Duties This job requires to work in a food trailer Drive the truck/trailer to different assigned locations Be your own boss Prepare and cook a variety of meals following established recipes and dietary guidelines Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices are maintained at all times Assist in menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences, including catering special events when required Operate kitchen equipment skillfully, utilizing knife skills and food preparation techniques to produce high-quality dishes Deliver meals promptly and professionally to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards in the food industry Serve food efficiently in dining settings, providing friendly and attentive service to guests or clients Experience Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven culinary experience with a strong foundation in food preparation, cooking, and food handling Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments demonstrates attention to detail and quality standards Knowledge of menu planning, catering, and serving enhances your ability to meet diverse client needs Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food industry regulations ensures compliance and safety excellence Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food service are essential for success in this role
