We serve salads, plates, quick bites, and sandwiches made-to-order. As a team member at Roostr Yard you help maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and service. We are now hiring for our kitchen team! Full-time and part-time hours are available! RY cooks are responsible for the daily preparation of food items as assigned by the manager, and follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently to ensure the best possible product is produced and executed. RY cooks are team players that assist one another to meet & exceed our customers' expectations. RY cooks ensure we use the freshest ingredients and follow sanitation guidelines to efficiently and consistently produce the highest quality chicken & other menu items.

Minimum requirements and expectations:

Commitment to quality service, and food knowledge Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Experience in meal preparation or food preparation is preferred but not required Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures Basic English language and professional communication skills are required

Physical Requirements:
