Your culinary skills will contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative dish ideas and ensuring consistency in food presentation Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and safety regulations Execute food preparation tasks efficiently during service hours, maintaining a steady workflow in the kitchen Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with attention to detail and quality control Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to ensure a safe and organized kitchen environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional food service experiences Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations demonstrates versatility in culinary skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
