In this vibrant role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious dishes that delight our guests. Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to creating memorable dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen expertise and grow within a supportive, energetic team committed to culinary excellence. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation appeal Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and seasonal specials that enhance the dining experience Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to promote a safe kitchen environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Participate in catering events or special functions by preparing dishes in accordance with event requirements and dietary needs AM breakfast shift 6:30am - 11:30am PM Dinner shift 4pm - 11pm Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably as a line cook or culinary aide Previous experience cooking brunch/breakfast menu Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques across different cuisines Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, food industry best practices, and kitchen equipment operation Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a lively setting where your skills make a real difference!
