Duties and Responsibilities The Line Cook will be responsible for: We are looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items for both of our restaurants as well as private events. You will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently, safely, and to our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Execute dishes for à la carte service, hotel guest dining, and special events with consistency and speed.
Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and kitchen area throughout the shift.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and smooth service flow.
Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed.
Assist in training new cooks and prep staff as needed.

Working Hours Your hours and days of employment may vary weekly, depending on the Company's activities, but primarily shall consist of at least 32 hours per week.
