Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dishes are prepared to perfection and served promptly to our customers. The shift will initially be for Tuesdays only, but there if the fit is good, full time will be available in the future.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and are of high quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy and speed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook in a diner is required. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods.
