We are looking for a motivated Line/Prep cook with experience to work in our fast-paced restaurant kitchen. We are an established fine-dinning establishement with lots of room to grow. The cook will be expected to prep, cook, and clean with the team. Fast-Paced line work, catering, and commissary experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. Submit application is you feel you are the right candidate for this job. Prep cooks follow recipes and directions to turn produce into finished products. Line cooks work on a variety of stations - Grill, Fryer, Saute, and Rotiserrie. Cooks are responsible for stocking and breaking down their stations.

Qualifications:

Fast Food / Fast Service kitchen experience preferred

KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Safe-Serv certification preferred Availability on weekends Availability on weekday and weekend nights Able to pass background check Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. Ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time. Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures. Continuous use of hands and arms, bending, reaching and twisting.

We are a fast growing company and are looking for candidates that are adaptable and wanting to work in a professional environment. Pay varies based on experience with opportunities to grow for select candidates. Hours will range from 20-30 per week.
