Formed in 1888, we are a traditional club which prides itself on creating a culture of respect, integrity and passion for what we do. The Valley Hunt Club is seeking for a Cook. You will contribute to the success of the Valley Hunt Club by creating positive experiences for every member by ensuring consistent quality, cleanliness, and efficiency on the line while supporting the overall success of kitchen operations. Reliable attendance is a must, positive and happy attitude
Required:
Must be at least 18 years old

Required:
Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Essential job functions: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly rotated, and stored. Communicate low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Support other stations or tasks as needed during peak periods. Follow direction from the Sous Chef and leadership team. Ensure dishes are delivered to the line accurately and quickly during service. Uphold all standards for food preparation, flavor profiles, and plate appearance. Minimize waste and support cost‑control initiatives. Ability to work efficiently in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions and recipes. Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain).
Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear, taste and smell. The employee frequently is required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle and utilize objects, tools and controls. Occasionally, may be required to lift 10 to 60 lbs. Temperatures vary from freezer to oven.
