This role focuses on preparing and producing gyoza and supporting kitchen prep operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble gyoza/dumpling according to company standards Portion fillings and wrap dumplings with consistency and speed Maintain prep levels to support daily service Assist with kitchen prep tasks as needed (vegetables, sauces, etc.) Follow food safety and sanitation standards Keep work station clean and organized Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Kitchen or food prep experience preferred (training available) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Schedule Weekday and weekend availability preferred Join our team today and contribute your culinary skills to create memorable dining experiences!
