Responsibilities Prepare and manage pizza dough, ensuring proper consistency and handling for different pizza types. Assemble pizzas by adding ingredients according to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate ovens to bake pizzas to the correct doneness, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures. Adjust pizzas based on customer preferences and special requests. Cut and slice pizzas into portions according to customer specifications. Ensure pizzas are properly organized in warmers for service, maintaining correct temperatures. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment. Adhere to all food safety practices, including safe ingredient storage, handling, and sanitation. Prioritize and manage orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Work with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during shifts. Experience 2+ Year Pizza Experience Required Food Handler Card Required Must have at least 4-5 shifts available day or night Tons of Growth Potential Highly preferred Guaranteed Over Time Must be able to work well alone and handle high-volume rushes
