We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to help us execute our unique menu of exotic sausages, Belgian frites, and homemade dipping sauces that keep our guests coming back.

Our menu features adventurous links like rabbit and snake sausages alongside classic favorites, paired with crispy Belgian fries and an impressive selection of imported brews. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, creative execution, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook sausages and other proteins to consistent quality standardsManage your station during service while maintaining proper food safety and sanitationCollaborate with the kitchen team to execute orders accurately and efficientlyAssist with prep work, including sourcing and preparing specialty ingredientsContribute to menu development and special offeringsSupport a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment

What We're Looking For:

You have solid line cook experience, a passion for quality food, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative kitchen. Experience with European cuisine or specialty meats is a plus. Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
