Stara Pierogi & Sausage is a fresh, new Polish restaurant located in a prime Venice Beach destination. We specialize in pierogi, sausages, and traditional European dishes that keep our customers coming back. Our location attracts high customer traffic, which means a dynamic work environment and a team that earns substantial tips in addition to hourly pay.

Your Role:

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking pierogi, sausages, and traditional European dishes to our quality standardsManaging your station efficiently during busy service periodsFollowing recipes and food safety protocols consistentlyCollaborating with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer experiencesMaintaining a clean, organized workspaceContributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:

You have cooking experience (whether in a Polish kitchen or other cuisines), a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for preparing quality food. You're comfortable working in a high-volume environment and take pride in your craft.
