What You'll Do:

Prepare ingredients with precision and consistency according to recipes and plating standardsMaintain organization and cleanliness of prep stations and storage areasExecute knife skills with accuracy while maintaining food safety standardsStock and organize mise en place for serviceCommunicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operationsMonitor inventory and alert management to stock needsFollow all health and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Someone with strong foundational cooking skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. Experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen is a plus. Above all, we need someone who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of their station.
