Duties Prepare ingredients and cook authentic Italian dishes with precision and care Assist in menu planning by preparing components according to recipes and specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station to ensure food safety standards are met Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including safe storage and sanitation procedures Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently managing meal prep and cooking tasks Follow all food safety protocols, including proper knife skills and handling techniques Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating seamlessly with team members and supporting catering or special event needs Requirements Prior experience in a culinary setting, particularly in fine dining or Italian cuisine preferred Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including proficiency with knife techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods Passion for culinary arts, with a desire to learn and grow within the food industry Join us to craft exceptional Italian dishes while honing your culinary expertise in an energetic, supportive environment.
