Job Summary As a cook with Culinary Staffing, you'll be placed at top-tier locations, from vineyard estates and catering events to healthcare and corporate kitchens. You decide when and where you want to work. There's no fixed schedule—you're in control. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals following recipes and dietary requirements Set up and maintain a clean, organized station Assist with food prep, storage, and portioning Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a variety of kitchen settings Plus any additional tasks given by management and/or lead on duty. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen Must be 18 years or older Ability to follow prep sheets, recipes, and kitchen protocols Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices Dependable, punctual, and professional Access to a smartphone and email for communication and scheduling Reliable transportation to reach job sites throughout Orange County Required attire: chef coat or black cook shirt, black pants, black non-slip shoes, and apron
