Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient inventory and storage management Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are highly valued Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Experience in meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations demonstrates readiness for this role Background in catering or large-scale food service is advantageous Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing to a team-oriented kitchen environment Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
