TEMPORARY

Part-Time Cook to join our kitchen team immediately. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. This position is temporary until June 30th, may be extended by a couple weeks if needed. Responsibilities Prep all menu items, including cutting, cooking, and portioning ingredients Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain proper food temperatures, sanitation, and food safety Keep BOH, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized Monitor inventory and communicate shortages Requirements 3 years experience as a cook Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Team-oriented with strong communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Food Handler's Certification Preferred Skills Experience with cooking Ramen Good communication skills
