Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean on the Redondo Waterfront, our public restaurant & bar is seamlessly integrated with a beach lifestyle social club offering truly unique experiences ranging from intimate performances, influential voices, activity workshops, community events, and more. After successfully launching BeachLife Festival in 2019, BeachLife Ranch in 2022, and BeachLife Grotto in 2024, California Surf Club is the next incredible chapter in our story. Now, we're seeking passionate, dedicated, and skilled Line Cooks to join our team and help shape this one-of-a-kind destination. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook with at least 2 years of experience in a high-standard, chef-driven kitchen. The ideal candidate is confident grilling premium proteins and vegetables to precise temperatures, excels in high-volume sauté and station execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Successful candidates are highly organized, able to multitask effectively, follow direction with precision, and bring a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. Above all, we're looking for culinarians who take pride in their craft and embrace our culture of soulful, from-scratch cuisine. This role requires a professional who consistently exceeds guest expectations, contributes positively to a high-performing kitchen team, and is dedicated to refining their skills every day. A genuine passion for exceptional ingredients, culinary technique, and hospitality is essential. Flexible availability for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts is required.
