Maintains verbal communication with FOH Monitors the quality of food Marinating and breading chicken Ensuring chicken is properly inspected Following receipts accordingly Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards Follow protocol chicken forecast Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards Thoroughly clean equipment Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures Must be 18 years of age or older
