• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Cook to join our team. The Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and standards.

• Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping produce
• Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items under the supervision of the Chef
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife-handling skills
• Familiarity with menu planning and preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
