Job Description
El Corral Baja Grill seeks experienced cooks (Mexican cuisine preferred). /El Corral Baja Grill busca cocineros con experiencia (preferentemente en cocina mexicana). Prepare, cook, and present menu items such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, seafood plates, and grilled meats according to restaurant standards. Operate grill, fryer, sauté station, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Prep daily ingredients (meats, vegetables, salsas, rice, beans, garnishes) to maintain consistency and freshness. Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours. Assist with restocking and rotating inventory. Support opening and closing procedures as needed. Preparar, cocinar y presentar platillos del menú como tacos, burritos, enchiladas, mariscos y carnes a la parrilla según los estándares del restaurante. Operar parrilla, freidora, plancha y otros equipos de cocina de manera segura y eficiente. Preparar diariamente ingredientes (carnes, verduras, salsas, arroz, frijoles, guarniciones) para mantener consistencia y frescura. Mantener la estación de trabajo limpia y organizada; cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria. Colaborar con los compañeros para asegurar un servicio rápido en horas de mayor demanda. Ayudar con la reposición y rotación de inventario. Apoyar en los procedimientos de apertura y cierre según se requiera.
