Line Cook, MULVANEYS B&L Restaurant

Line Cook Mulvaney's B&L Mulvaney's is a well established Sacramento fine dining restaurant, located in Mid-Town. One of the first practitioners of Farm to Fork in Sacramento, in fact farmers and ranchers write our menu for us, changing with the bounty of the seasons. Whatever they bring in the front door goes on the menu. We are looking for experienced cooks, but we have trained a lot of cooks through out the years, so we will always consider eager applicants with somewhat lesser experience who want to learn. We do full dinner service (no lunches at this time) and also have a strong Private Events business, so you might be cooking for just a table or a full room. Wages are between $17-$22 per hour, based on experience, plus Server tips to the kitchen.
