The ideal candidate will have experience with using a wok to cook and a strong understanding of food preparation. This position is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience in our establishment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef(s). Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen. Help with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe cooking environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
