Maintain high kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance. Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets. Track personal performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement. Follow established recipes and maintain consistent presentation. Monitor daily inventory and assist with stock ordering. Adapt menu and portion sizes based on feedback and demand. Proactively communicate issues and delays to supervisor. Work safely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and report malfunctions. Assist in training new staff and share best practices. Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. Experience/Qualifications Proven cooking experience with focus on quality and portion control. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation per local regulations. Ability to follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent plating. Strong teamwork and communication to hit daily production targets. Inventory awareness and basic stock ordering support. Performance tracking and continuous improvement mindset. Adapt menus and portions based on feedback and demand fluctuations. Operate kitchen equipment safely; report malfunctions promptly. Assist in training new staff and share best practices. Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. What's in it for you?
