Job Description
Job Overview 'We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Member to join our at Dairy Queen San Bernardino store!' In this role, you will support both the Grill or Chill stations by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, assembling orders, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and cook Grill menu items including burgers, chicken baskets, fries, and other hot food products according to company standards manuals. Prepare Chill products including Blizzard treats, sundaes, cones, shakes, and other frozen desserts with consistency and accuracy. Assist with daily prep work for both Grill and Chill stations, including stocking ingredients, preparing sauces, organizing inventory, and maintaining workstation readiness. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Support overall restaurant operations by restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and maintaining FOH/BOH cleanliness. Provide friendly customer service while maintaining professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Assist with opening, closing, and general maintenance duties as assigned. Experience Previous restaurant, fast food, kitchen, or food service experience preferred. Strong teamwork, communication. Willingness to learn both Grill and Chill operations.
