You will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. You will work closely with the head chef and staff to ensure that all food is prepared thoughtfully and with care. At Ale Tales we pride ourselves in creating much of our menu from scratch. This is an excellent opportunity for young aspiring chefs to gain a foothold in the culinary industry. Must be available weekend nights Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes in a timely manner. Assist in menu planning. Working one on one with customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Proper knife skills for food preparation. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events as required. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices. Experience Previous experience in a culinary role or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques are highly desirable. Ability to work effectively while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking.
