In this energetic role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning Support meal assembly and plating for service periods, including catering events if applicable Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, knife skills, and sanitation practices Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant setting is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen tools safely and efficiently Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations is a plus Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
