This is a professional fast-paced smash burger concept, and we are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands kitchen discipline, and is committed to consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience Experience emulsifying and preparing sauces from scratch Experience cooking burgers and working on a flat top grill Smash burger experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Must be organized, clean, punctual, and dependable Must maintain a professional attitude in the workplace Ability to work in a high-volume environment Ability to perform under pressure in a high-stress kitchen environment Must have strong work ethic and take pride in performance

Availability:

Open availability preferred (Monday through Sunday) Schedule is variable based on business needs and sales volume Goal is to eventually establish fixed days off as the team grows stronger and more stable Overtime opportunities may be available (up to approximately 5 hours weekly depending on business needs; not guaranteed)
