• Works with a positive attitude and can do well under pressure
• Is able to multi-task
• Be able to maintain a clean area within the work station
• 1-2 years experience in a high volume kitchen environment
• Knowledge of egg cookery
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
• Be able to communicate with Team Members in a professional manner
• Can lift 50 lbs or more
• Showing up on time for work and being in the correct uniform Summary As a Line Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your culinary experience and knife skills to assist in meal preparation and food handling. Your background in restaurant and kitchen experience will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene. Support the culinary team in cooking and plating dishes according to menu specifications. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory.
