We are seeking those who are motivated to excel in every station and position with a hands-on approach. This is a great opportunity for someone pursuing advancement in their culinary career. This job post is specifically for cooks who have experience or want to learn how to work on oven and grill stations. The most important qualities we are looking for are: Desire and ability to work with well with a diverse team Demonstrated ability to produce excellent quality food in a high volume setting A trained palette and critical tasting skills Balanced strength and humility through successes and challenges Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organizational skills, and time management Objective requirements: Ability to work a mixture of lunch and dinner shifts Tuesday-Sunday, 5 shifts/ week 2-3+ years experience as a line cook in excellent establishments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Position benefits and compensation: $21-23 or more per hour or D.O.E. Tip pool sharing of approximately $6-9/ hour Approximately 38-42 hours/ week Health insurance with $80 monthly employee contribution after 90 days Paid vacation accrual after 6 months 401 (k) available after one year of employment Employee dining discount
