Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate general kitchen knowledge and food preparation skills Pizza making and dough production experience is a plus Complete daily prep work and station setup Follow recipes, checklists, and standard operating procedures Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and allergens Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner when appropriate Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times Attend required trainings and meetings Maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with guests, coworkers, and management Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assist with shift coverage as needed Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Prior experience in a restaurant, brewery, winery, or food service environment preferred but not required Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Possess or be able to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card Knowledge of, or ability to learn, local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 25-50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to work in busy and confined kitchen spaces Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming and safety standards

Compensation Pizza Cook:

$21.00/hour + tip pool

Line Cook:

$20.00/hour + tip pool Overtime, meal periods, and rest breaks provided in accordance with California labor law.
