Job Description
Overview Join our food truck team as a line cook. driver or FOH. Our food trucks roam through most of Orange County and parts of LA County. Applicants who are applying for the Driver position must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities Driving the truck to location or meeting the truck at a location for service. Provide excellent customer service to guests. Cook must be able to multi-task in the kitchen and cook food to order. Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with special dietary needs and meal accommodations Strong culinary background with experience in fine dining or restaurant settings that emphasize quality presentation and flavor Skilled in food preparation techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry Experience in menu planning, catering services, or large-scale food service operations enhances your ability to manage diverse customer demands Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy service hours Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable navigating city streets in a mobile environment Join us if you're eager to combine culinary creativity with the excitement of mobile food service!
