Line/Prep Cook Location:
Valencia, CA We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Line/Prep Cook to join our team and support one of our hotel clients in Valencia, CA.
Position Overview:
Ongoing assignment with an initial 3-week commitment Opportunity for additional assignments based on performance and client needs
Schedule:
5 days per week, including weekends Shift start times vary between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are welcome.
Please note:
This role does not include training. Applicants must have prior professional kitchen experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience Ability to work in Line and Prep cook stations Must be at least 18 years or older to apply Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various event locations Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments California Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain prior to working an event) Strong work ethic and a professional, positive attitude
Physical Demands:
This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
