At El Coronel Mexican Restaurant, we're looking for an experienced Catering Truck Cook to help us bring our vibrant flavors and unforgettable dining experience to the streets of Sebastopol. What You'll Be Doing As our Catering Truck Cook, you'll be at the heart of our mobile kitchen, crafting delicious Mexican dishes that our customers know and love.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cooking environment. Managing food prep and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready to go. Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service. Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
