Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute brunch menu items according to recipes and standards Manage station setup, prep, and breakdown for service Cook eggs, proteins, vegetables, and brunch specialties with accuracy and timing Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred (brunch or breakfast experience a plus!) Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
